Leydi Sosa has been a dedicated member of the Youth Co-Op team since October 1996. Her journey with the organization began during her college years, when she participated in the Summer Youth Program and continued Youth Co-Op participant while completing her studies. On October 25, 1996, she was offered a full-time position with the Refugee Program, officially joining the Youth Co-Op staff. In 2000, Leydi was promoted to a management role within the Refugee Program, where she has continued to contribute her leadership and experience as a valued part of the management team.
