Gisela Rodes is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with over 20 years of proven experience in administration and program management. She began her journey with Youth Co-Op, Inc. in 2000 as a Case Manager, Refugee Program. Within just two years, her outstanding performance and leadership skills earned her promotion to Program Supervisor. She is a leader admired by the entire team and deeply appreciated by clients whose lives have been positively impacted by the services she represents as an ambassador of Youth Co-Op, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives.
Currently overseeing the CRS program at both the headquarters and the South Miami area, Gisela brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and passion to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and possesses multiple leadership certifications essential to her position. Her commitment to excellence and the mission of YCOOP has consistently resulted in exceptional outcomes, earning her numerous recognitions over the years.
