Santiago Fernandez

Santiago Fernandez is the current Supervisor of the Comprehensive Refugee Services (CRS) Program at Youth Co-Op, Inc.'s main office, a position he has held since July 2023. With over 16 years of dedicated service at Youth Co-Op, Santiago has embraced multiple roles, showcasing leadership and commitment across various workforce development initiatives.

He has served as the Program Manager for the Back-To-Work 50+ Coaching Program since its launch in 2016. Previously, he worked as a Career Advisor under the WIOA program, where he specialized in career development, job search counseling, and community outreach. Santiago also held the position of WIOA Supervisor from 2022 to 2023, further showcasing his ability to lead and support workforce initiatives.

Before joining Youth Co-Op, Santiago held supervisory roles in the private sector, gaining experience in sales, marketing, and management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and is a certified Florida Workforce Professional.
