Jania Taleno joined Youth Co-Op, Inc. as Contract Compliance Officer for the Comprehensive Refugee Program in September 2021. She is a nonprofit management professional with over a decade of experience leading programs, managing contracts, and driving compliance across community-focused organizations. With a strong background in overseeing multimillion-dollar public and private contracts, she has successfully guided teams, streamlined operations, and strengthened partnerships throughout Miami's nonprofit landscape. Jania is passionate about building efficient, accountable systems that support equitable service delivery and long-term community impact.
