Carl Alexis has dedicated 29 years to Youth Co-Op. He joined the team in 1996 as a Career Advisor. He went on to serve as Program Supervisor and Workforce Center Manager at the West Dade American Job Center where he oversaw Workforce Development Services, providing training and employment services to job seekers and businesses. In 2023, he became the Programs Coordinator overseeing Workforce and Refugee Services at Youth Co-Op. Carl is a proven leader with a strong commitment to our mission that has made a significant impact on the lives of his staff and our clients!
