Felipe joined the Youth Co-Op team in 2001. He has over 23 years of experience with expertise in problem solving, conflict resolution, assessment and investigation and report analysis. Felipe leads his staff to excel by creating a positive work environment and implementing innovative ideas to improve performance. He prides him in his excellent contract negotiation skills and his ability to develop strong relationships with businesses and other agencies to improve customer service and resources. Felipe has vast knowledge in human resources as it pertains to recruiting, interviewing, staff development, performance appraisals and succession planning.
