WIOA Orientations are informational sessions designed to introduce individuals to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and the services it offers. These orientations typically provide an overview of available employment and training programs, eligibility requirements, and the steps to enroll. Participants learn how WIOA can support their career goals through job placement assistance, skills training, resume help, and access to career counseling. The goal is to help job seekers understand their options and begin a pathway toward meaningful, long-term employment.
