Through a variety of programs, including job placement services, educational support, refugee resettlement, and career counseling, Youth Co-Op has helped countless individuals break barriers and reach their full potential. With a deeply held belief in the power of education, Youth Co-Op also operates two charter schools, preparing children to triumph inside and outside a school environment.

With over 50 years of service, Youth Co-Op continues to strive towards their vision of creating a world where every individual can thrive. As a result of its never-ending quest for excellence, in 2024, Youth Co-Op was named as a winner of The South Florida Top Workplaces Award by Sun Sentinel.  Being a widely recognized human services organization, Youth Co-Op also serves as a point of reference to other agencies nationwide in matters of youth, resettlement, refugee services, and services to vulnerable populations.
