Refugee Youth Program
The Refugee Youth Program serves refugee youth in middle and high school offering help with acculturation, increasing social skills, and improving grades. Students receive support from a YCI tutor who tailors a plan for success during the school year and throughout the summer months.
This program has measurable and proven results which have lowered drop-out rates, absenteeism, and suspensions while increasing basic skills knowledge as well as students’ interest in completing their high school diplomas, many of whom continue on to postsecondary education programs.
All services are free and are available in the languages spoken by those we serve.
